FEMEVAL,
Federación Empresarial Metalúrgica Valenciana - Valencian
Metallurgist Employers Federation- is a non profit organisation which
has its headquarters in the city of Valencia. FEMEVAL gathers +3.000 Valencian
companies through its 42 employers associations, all of them being related
to the metal-mechanic sector.
FEMEVAL main purposes are:
- Defending
the collective and individual interest of the associate companies through
numerous proceedings with the Local, Regional, or State Government,
Unions and other organisms and institutions.

Representing the associates in the higher level employers organisations:
CEV, CEPYMEV, CIERVAL, CONFEMETAL, CEOE, and CEPYME.
- Giving
to the associate the best advice and support to the development of its
activities and the improvement of the professional training of their
workers by providing required training courses.
- Improving
the flow of technical and legal economic information which may be interesting
to the companies, taking special consideration to the programmes aimed
to the Small and Medium Enterprises - SMES.
FEMEVAL considers this project strongly important for the dissemination
of the reduction/prevention technologies and the minimisation techniques,
instead of traditional end-pipe treatments, and for the accomplishment
of the new IPPC European Directive.
FEMEVAL
is the main responsible to promote and organise dissemination actions
concerning companies motivation and project results in Valencia.
